A dead-soft annealed core, surrounded by a 7 mil thickness of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC). Used for tying epoxy-coated rebar, bundling, fertilizer or chemical bags and anytime you need cushioned wire with added protection against corrosion, salt or abrasives.
